Correct...on contract sales buyer pays commission and general related expenses.

manufacturer...will sell to middle man 10 wigits for $10
middle man.....will sell 10 wigits to you for $12 buyer..........pays $12 & usually pays shipping.


middle man keeps dif and pockets it..Not difficult to understand..
