Not trying to be combative or bashing but my amateur read of data was that there were 9/10 analyzed, and 1/9 met primary outcome (11.1%).
They were very sick/ refractory and had failed at least 2 lines of treatment, but what we can see in the results does not fully characterize the depth of their initial conditions. Median OS of 69.5 days or 7 weeks isn't a home run either when compared to a quick search of RECIST refractory BC outcomes. The darker backdrop on this is Marker not announcing the data and slipping it in during the Orphan Designation news. I believe these data have been in the can for nearly a year. I swear I hate conspiracy theory posters, but can somebody please argue the reverse and point out my errors? Loving the share price due to Orphan but TACTIC isn't even a factor. As a lame underwater bag holder and drinker of bad wine, this smells like Two-Buck Chuck next week.
