Here is my analysis :

9/10 PTs met primary outcome measure

(defined as overall response plus stable disease for 10 weeks or longer) according to the RECIST criteria.


Progression Free Survival (Days): 69.5 (Median), (13 to 72) 95% CI

Overall Survival (Days): 116 (Median), (37 to NA) 95% CI, not enough deaths to calculate upper end of curve

5/10 PTs died during the study period 3yrs (not necessarily due to cancer)
1/10 had an adverse event

Small sample size but wow, these seem great to me.
