An NDA would absolutely cover "Announcement dates".
Pretty sure any partner they are working with will be responsible for timing the public announcement - probably when product is about to hit the retail stores or hospitals. Timing is a lot for competitive positioning so why show your hands before you are ready to deliver.
This doesn't stop BIEL informing shareholder via 8K or PR that they have an agreements with an unnamed company though, as is required for fully reporting companies and is spelt out that an NDA doesn't absolve them of reporting the basic agreement.
So silence from a non reporting company may not be bad news, just wish they would throw us a bit of a bone on whether to expect one two or three deals by Quarter end.
