NO, a NDA would cover the disclosure of proprietary information, perhaps PRIOR to issuing a press release for a major announcement, but not for the press release itself or the announcement date.

A NDA protects a company's IP and business information. NDA's simply do not require (or allow) a company to hide material events.

And why would this supposed "Partner" care about "showing their hand?" BIEL owns the patents on the ActiPatch. This supposed "Partner's" competitors aren't going to rush out and find a low-powered PEMF device of their own.

And if BIEL isn't going to release a PR until the product is about to hit the retail stores or hospitals -- my god, that will be 2021.

A couple weeks ago, when KW failed to fulfill her #180 promise, she tweeted something about needing to negotiate the contract and "cross your fingers, maybe releasing a PR tonight!" -- What was THAT about, if a NDA is preventing her from releasing a PR?

no, this NDA excuse is just simply a BS excuse. It might have prevented BIEL from releasing details BEFORE a contract got signed, but not AFTER.
