Just have to look at the news, every day there are companies telling how they are adjusting and moving forward in this pandemic. The only company hiding under the covers is BIEL . The NDA’s have absolutely nothing to do with performing the duties of a CEO in informing shareholders through updates the status of the Company and its plan moving forward. The NDA and Covid-19 excuse is a load of BS. We deserve an update it’s her duty to inform us. JMHO
BS, a NDA protects proprietary information. It doesn't stop a company from releasing information about material events. A NDA wouldn't contain anything about "Announcement Dates."
A PR about a contract or a deal wouldn't divulge any proprietary information or damage a "Partner" in any way.
NDA is a lame excuse, but when the only excuses available are lame, they'll have to do, I guess.
