yes, it appears they took over the business. as a matter of fact it's the exact location. it was a public company. here is the board.

PCTL - Any licensing would not be applicable to the electro-chemical process or it's product, as the process and it's product are already in widespread use. I'm skeptical you can patent chemistry or physics anyway.

And as you point out, the EPA labeling is standard.

It's maybe worth noting the company's 'awareness campaign' is focused more on penny stock promotion sites than anywhere that legitimate health care professionals might be looking for solutions.

Check the accounting

All total the company lost over $10,000,000 through the first 9 months of 2019 alone

Well, the $10m loss isnt cash. The great majority comes from a paper adjustment for derivative liabilities

Loss on change in fair value of derivative liability (7,121,619 )

This is a direct consequence of share price and the then outstanding variable rate notes. Nothing to do with actual cash being lost due to operations

"I wouldn't just put 100% faith in what a penny stock says in press releases."

Indeed. The sec warns unsuspecting investors about misleading press releases.

Filings supersede hope, innuendo, and rumor. I learned a long time ago how unforgiving penny land is.
