All explained in previous post but here is a quick review

While I think it is most likely true this quote is not mine;

"has a Major Deal in Place and 2 or 3 other Deals Nearing Completion"

It was made by a long time BIEL poster who has also loaned money to BIEL.



I read on a securities lawyer website that 'OTC Pink Current' companies had 10 days to report 'Material Events'. I read on the OTC website that companies had 4 business days to report 'Material Events'. So I called the OTC, 212-896-4420, to see what their policy actually was.

It took a couple of transfers after #1 on the initial menu but I did reach a OTC representative. He stated that OTC companies that are not 'Fully Reporting', like BIEL, must disclose 'Material Events' in their Quarterly Reports, the 4 business day disclosure only applied to 'Fully Reporting' companies.
