WHY would a developmental biotech delay Good News?
That makes zero sense. It's absurd.
The rumor is that BIEL is sitting on "a Major Deal in Place and 2 or 3 other Deals Nearing Completion." Sitting on Good News? WHY? Nobody gains from that. It's FAR more likely that there is no good news to release.
And when they finally release some good news, it can't just be in an Investor Newsletter. It needs to be in a Press Release on one of the two major biotech services (GlobeNewswire or PR Newswire).
I'm trying to give KW credit for being intelligent but if she has good news and is delaying its release, she is not intelligent.
Even if she's planning the apocalypse we all fear -- the R/S that is required for her to convert that IBEX debt -- she would profit from releasing the good news. The higher the PPS before the split, the better off she'll be afterwards.
Yeah yeah I know, Andy said he'd wait to do his R/S until the company was profitable -- but a R/S is necessary for IBEX to convert that debt, and there's no way KW waives that debt, so a R/S is inevitable, and KW sounds like she's getting annoyed by the job of CEO, and certainly has at least CONSIDERED cashing out.
