Peach...what's your point....Justice Thomas turned out to be a fantastic jurist despite his circumstances....people all around him we're uneducated and destined to stay in poverty...my point is your circumstances do not control your future or your thinking...Justice Thomas is conservative...based on his young life he should be a liberal in poverty...he rose above his circumstances..JL 's faulty conclusion is that Judge DU is Vietnamese she can not be a good judge....she may not be but has nothing to do with being Vietnamese.
