I believe that Judge Du's heritage had nothing to do with her ruling

I just think she favors Generic Drug Companies do to her political leanings

and slanted her decision that way

The problem is the system, where the biases of one judge

can make or break patents and companies

The initial court review should have at least 3 judges

. Its her ideology as it is with Thomas. Thomas became a conservative and bucked the trend. He is persona non grata with the PC black community. Du grew up in what became a socialist communist state. She obviously was influenced by that. Du’s liberal marxist worldview was not friendly to free enterprise and profits. If Thomas was the judge who made the ruling- AMRN would be sitting pretty Any Obama appointee would be bad news He or she would have to check all the right PC boxes- she did and now you see why elections have consequences

Go read JL post again. He said no such thing. It had nothing to do with her being Vietnamese. ( Which would make him a xenophobic, not a racist, as he never included the entire Asian race). His post had to do with her growing up in a war torn country “through no fault of her own”, where there was never enough to go around. Now how about you give it a rest. Judge not...lest
