eightisenough- hypothetical of course but i wonder if this trial outcome had a great chance of being different if let's say they had gone with Fish in the first place?
Why didn't they just go with the "best" from the beginning. Unless Covington was the "best" given the information they had back then. Now, with new info and the trial results, maybe Fish's experience makes them the "best"?
