4 months ago many on this board were touting the excellent pick of Covington to represent AMRN at the patent trial.

I am not a lawyer. For all I know, possibly Covington presented an excellent case. Judge Du just decided to rule in favor of the opposition.

I hope Fish & Richardson have a better outcome presenting AMRN's position to the appellate court.

beach-imho we would have won trial with Fish/Singer esq. Singer would have successfully make the point (as he did in other cases-a poster pasted) that A+B does not =c if other pharma were not successful in making C.

This point will be the winner in appeal--to negate prima facie of obviousness.

Also, Fish & Singer's rep. is invaluable....to judges.
