Then Amarin should level with us by disclosing the respective settlement positions. Put the cards on the table, and let us decide. Enough with the secrecy. My gut tells me that the generics position was not 100% unwilling to settle, and Amarin's leadership decided to gamble the company. They should have won, but did not win.

Kiwi..that is the difference. Settling at some level and not welling to settle...with lawyers.analysts, this board all having a high degree of certainty that we would win I would bet that Reddy's lawyers probably told them the same thing...my feeling is that because of R-IT, and FDA approval happend before the trial the generics had a lot more to win...but I still believe it could be settled....AMRN more than likely had an opportunity to settle with generics close to the time TEVA settled....we may never know..I hope we do...regardless..In the settlement conference with Judge DU something was probably discussed....if we put ourselves in Reddy's shoes I just don't see them not settling.
