but yes much better terms for sure


+200% better for the company, and even that much less possible Dilution


basically the news boosts the bottom of this from .01 to .03


if the regA funder gives more money to NBDR they will own those shares for .03


thats so much better than .01

I admit I didnt read it thoroughly


got spooked like many did


just saw $3M @ .03= 100M shares


to bad Joe didnt put out a PR explaining about the filing amendment


that could have changed everything


because if explained well, the stock could of did the opposite and went up instead of nose dive...


yes some got cheap shares, but overall, the right way to do this is to explain it in a way that people can get what the filing is, so people dont do what I and many others did, which is not know it was a good filing, and not a typical offering

Nice post! Seem many people are confused and never took the time to read the filing. Buying all I can at open, as NBDR will rebound very quickly. Thanks. jmo xi
