I admit I didnt read it thoroughly


got spooked like many did


just saw $3M @ .03= 100M shares


to bad Joe didnt put out a PR explaining about the filing amendment


that could have changed everything


because if explained well, the stock could of did the opposite and went up instead of nose dive...


yes some got cheap shares, but overall, the right way to do this is to explain it in a way that people can get what the filing is, so people dont do what I and many others did, which is not know it was a good filing, and not a typical offering


lesson learned right joe


Unfortunately, he gave the shorts some wiggle room to get off the hook

I am a buyer tomorrow

lets see how much I have to pay to get back in, after taking a small loss on the 50k shares I had bought @ .0658
