These are the facts...can’t believe people would just dump as soon as they see a filing without reading it. Thanks for this summary. I recommend people read this and load up at open because it’s going to head back north fast. They’ll only raise capital and sell shares now at .03 when an accretive opportunity arises for the company and it’s shareholders, otherwise there is absolutely no dilution here. I could also see the terms amended again as they were today as the stock price increases. Say 30 million shares at .10. Love it. Go NBDR
