Likely way less than that.

Hence the "news" trying to maximize mark bait into the COVID 19 pandemic, which is plain unethical.

Well in the 05 February 2020 PR, they stated they had 7 million individuals. Now in todays, 16 March 2020, they now state they have over 10 million users of their service.

And check this post out from daiello last summer where he took the current 3.5 million CareClix users and estimated user growth along with revenues. Impressive.
