E Trade update: after the third transfer I got to the Corporate Action Division and talked to Glen (he said it’s a small team, M-F from 0800-1800 EST) I explained the situation and he couldn’t find any records of the corporate transaction and said if I had any to upload them to my account and they’d review them. Seems like they need a start point to track down the shares, transfer company, etc.

I’m going to upload the news releases and Edgar Filings so hope that gives enough to go on.

Since we have gotten our WPFH shares this pretty much is a Wrap on SOLI. No need to be posting here anymore! CareClix was proven to be legit and not a shell scam like you have claimed otherwise WPFH wouldn't have bought them out!

The 9,029 restricted WPFH shares I received in my T.D. Ameritrade account are worth a lot more than $120.00 Dollars now. I am not sure what calculator you are using? LOL Unless you are talking about the 30 shares I will receive in my E-Trade account which only has 1,000 shares of SOLI that I paid over a Dollar for at the time.

Now if this new company builds this into a major worldwide app this could be worth a lot in two years and so would my restricted stock.

Yes, once again I did take profits when I had them like all investors are supposed to do. I also left a lot of my profits on the table.

Either way it doesn't matter to me as I written this off a long time ago.

I'm only going to get about 30 shares in my E-Trade account. LOL I only have 1,000 SOLI shares over there. T.D. Ameritrade was the account where I had my main position, and the conversion ratio was correct. I am so happy to have my shares now.

I am not going to get too excited about this just yet because a lot can happen in two years. I don't want to get my hopes up and get let down again.
Hopefully this company succeeds with their business plan, and we can see this pan out.

At this point at least there is a glimmer of hope.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!! A little update here. Anybody Holding SOLI shares that has a T.D. Ameritrade account, now Charles Schwab should have received their WPFH shares. They finally issued us our WPFH shares as of November 27th. The bad news is that these shares are restricted for two years. The SOLI ticker is no longer in my account and my WPFH shares are cost averaged with my SOLI purchases and dates.

My 300,000 SOLI Shares Converted to 9,029 Shares of WFPH.

E-trade is still not showing anything as of yet?

There still maybe some hope after all.

Why didn't any of the shareholders of now revoked SOLI receive any of these shares? I haven't heard of any of the burnt retailers receiving shares.

That’s interesting you were there. I wondered what his demeanor would be like as he is such a self proclaimed salesman. I wouldn’t be surprised if he does get some jail time due to the obvious resources put into the prosecution. I think per the sentencing guidelines, he faces 0-6 months for each conviction. I guess we’ll have an answer towards the first of the year.

I traveled to Cleveland and sat in on part of the trial. The trial was slated to last a month, which I couldn't do, so I only stayed two days. I particularly wanted to hear the opening statements so I could hear a clear explanation of what Charles Scott actually did. The prosecutors must have done a good job because the trial was over far before the month was up. I wonder if he will appeal.

The trial kicked off today. It looks like one of the three defendants, Olga Smirnova, changed her plea on August 12th leaving just Charlie and Spivak as defendants.

I have emailed him 4 times since his last update with no responses. He would respond same day or next day when I inquired last time. Might try giving the transfer agent a call tomorrow to see if they have any further information. I’ll update if I hear anything.

I'm betting it's just something Charlie typed up to delay the heat for a while until the next "merger". Would love to be proven wrong!
