lol... right the billion dollar driver companies funded by what? The 3 sheet metal shops in Idaho and Indiana? Give me a break...
IMHO the "SF" foundation is questionable and the rest are exaggerations. It doesn't quite work like that, you don't get to screw up your entire strategy and then blame the market and ask for more money.
Keep in mind Excel was purchased nearly 100% with loaned money, including notes. What does it say if they can't even fund their own acquisition strategy? All of this is going to add up, and the market knows it.
