A company that will be a huge conglomerate buying company's and spinning them off publicly and issuing shares to Legacy, since it will be legacy's assets they will be using/leveraging to purchase them..............

Restructuring (where have we heard that term before) WMI/COOP into the same type of company A HOLDING COMPANY with subs under it's corporate umbrella. BUT NOT A BANK so the FDICK can seize it ever again
