WMI is alive and well. ..more than likely there will be a private placement for those who signed timely releases and if one wants to sell, WMI will be the only entity that can/will purchase an investors holdings.

One needs to understand a Reverse Triangular Merger. So one needs to also understand what COULD happen. WMI will be the so-called, TELL...all in my view!
