#5011 RE: mikesim #5010

Thanks for info, and appreciate your honesty. Alot of joking around on board with no real info, I've already in my mind written off this stock of getting any money back, but i have hope one day ill wake up and there will be money in my account. Im not sure the attorneys would comment on anything while there's a case going on but we will have to wait and see. When it comes to bankruptcy this case seems to be moving pretty quick when comparing to others I've seen which gives me hope

I noticed in #3 it mentioned, that possible recoveries in a 3-5 year time frame. The person you talk to, gave you conservative numbers, which is really all they could do. Yet they left the door open for Class B LTU's recoveries. At this point they will not be much help to us, until the Class A LTU's are taken care of, then they will move onto Class B LTU's.
..The Brightside of this whole process, is that Mercuria is moving at lightening speed. Mercuria, Murcuria Owners, Tyler Baron own in my estimates 70% of the Class B LTU's, so they want a payday as fast as we do and that is why, I believe were seeing this whole process, going at lightening speed. IMO
