In Rootjim's conversation when he called, they indicated Class A would get recoveries but not Class B. I still think they are playing CYA with whoever they are talking to. I can see no reason why they would expect only Class A recoveries. If they get judgements and have cooperation with the necessary legal authorities to collect it's gonna rain on all of us.


If they can get $300 mil they can get $500 mil. And that's almost $3/sh by the time the others take their slice and it gets down to us. It may take a while, but I'm still confident we end up with something.
