Says they bought Materion BMG business in 2018. A number of other sites (broker & investment) came up with more, for example Materion now being a holding company owned by Eutectix, and so on. I can't recall them all, but you can find the same stuff. It makes little sense to me which is why I asked if any industry insiders might know something about Eutectix, which I have never heard of. Apparently it does not amount to much.
