Try getting through the TSA, and if you do, try boarding a plane with that. A few months back, I made it through TSA, but the pilot, co-pilot, head Stu, and gate agent came out to interview me. They re-booked my flight for the next day at their expense. So Clorox wipes and once on the plane a basic mask will have to work for now, not want to go through that again.

GET THE ANNUAL FLU VACCINATION.

Why? I haven't in over 15 yrs. My Dr doesn't want to treat another affliction in me because she says I'm too old to be treated. Therefore, I'm too old for the flu shot.

I have felt a little guilt, and asked for the Shingles vaccine. But they are out of stock in the US.

Well, it looks like I won't be allowed to wear my gas mask on Monday.

I hope the TSA doesn't object to my hazmat suit.

BTW, with most surgical masks you are breathing via the non--seeled edgesm nott THRU the mask. This is why the masks are really only for protecting the other person (like a surgical patient or dental patient, nott the mask-wearer.

You'd need a mask with a tight seal, like a CPAP face mask with a microfilter to breathe thru, and the resistance for breathing would be troubling for most people, just as a gas mask is. Without a tight seal all around, you're just breathing thru the open side seams and accomplishing very little, as you'll still breathe in tiny aerosolized droplets suspended in the air.

When I pick up some highly CONtagious, extremely pathogenic virus from my raccoons, I'll be shure to visit all the churches, mosques, synagogues, and WalMarts whilst coughing, sneezing, and slobbering on the pews, carts, rugs, and door handles.
