I already own shares and have for a couple of weeks. The information I posted is a FACT as there have been several FRAUDULENT filings in the past couple of weeks with SOS of different states. I lost money as a result of some of them so I KNOW. I am not saying that a merger here will be a fraudulent filing. I am just saying because of the fraudulent filings recently, investors are skeptical. That is a fact. It has shown up in the fact that stock prices almost stopped reacting to such filings. ALL FACT.
I invested in this stock. All I am saying is the reaction to a merger filing will likely be stalled until people verify it is for real. That's all. GLTA
