All opinions welcome here. If you look at the recent scam mergers, they all seem to follow the same theme with the same bad actors. I concur 100% with the other poster, this deal has been in the works for a long time and is coming to fruition now.
The CEO is very open and I encourage you or anyone else reading this post to call him directly and get the answers to whatever questions you might have. His number is posted in the I-BOX. He is very forthright and forthcoming.
