couch, jrdig, for clarity I agree that Dalian seems likely. I've been following this since last Spring and have read all the PRs and many of this board's postings since then.
That said, kermit raised a good point. Until a contract is officially signed, this remains "intent" vs "done deal." I do expect it to pan out, but was hoping for today's PR to say "contract" not "LOI."
This may be why we didn't see a more bullish trading response to the news. Or it may be that MMs are hiding such trades and will post them end of day in a clump.
Either way, I'm in this to play out the current scenario.
