Yes I agree, I would have liked to see the deal stated as closed,BUT dang, we are CLOSER than ever now!!!

I agree that a signed contract trumps a signed LOI but when you take in the fact that we had given up Dalian for dead and now it is alive and well. Soma listed means Dalian close can't be too far away, imo.
