Only way you determine "merit" is by a lawyer reading that complaint and flying with it. Since no law firm has committed to representation of this case speaks volumes. When a law firm doesn't jump on a case as good as you claim it to be, that means it is a clunker.
Why hasn't that Canadian law firm committed? Because they read the complaint, that's why.
By the way, even if we're delinquent, if that case can pull in 2.4 million, thousands of law firms would be knocking on Daniel's door.
