Only way you determine "merit" is by a lawyer reading that complaint and flying with it. Since no law firm has committed to representation of this case speaks volumes. When a law firm doesn't jump on a case as good as you claim it to be, that means it is a clunker.
Why hasn't that Canadian law firm committed? Because they read the complaint, that's why.
