Crying over spilled milk. Now Cognate is a highly resourced manufacturing facility. LP incubated it, and released it -- but with all important manufacturing contracts in tow. No way, (I say in hindsight) Cognate could have ever been ready for DCVax-L commercialization under their old financial dependence upon NWBO. No way. The buyout benefitted Cognate, Toucan, but ultimately, if DCVax-L is approved, will swing back to benefit NWBO.
