Flip, this is excellent post. So at the end it is a win win for both. Without this, I believe NWBO and Cognate would not survive. I remember A123 which owned the best lithium technology from MIT and supported with $250 millions from the govt still could not survive due to lack of funds.

I’ll believe the Cognate relationship benefitted NWBO shareholders when I see it, and part of that relationship was that it enabled Ms. Powers to run a publicly traded company almost like a private one, so I doubt we’ll see it.
