One year in the 90's I think, Techniclone-Peregrine management actually had security at the ASM. Back then shareholders didn't put up with the nonsense like they do today. Strange generational dynamic??

Law firms can take one look and know that NWBO has nothing to take and the ways the laws are written, there is no real way to claw back gains from the executives. It is for this reason that you no longer see press releases advertising investigations into NWBO and inviting shareholders to make contact. Any class action lawsuit will have to be put together by the shareholders themselves and, while it has become quite personal for most shareholders, it is unlikely that any will bother trying to get blood from a broken stone.

In short, beyond a protest vote or additional regulatory action, NWBO management can act with impunity and there is no legal means to check their behavior anyone like myself, who have something left to lose in life will see a dead end to worrying about NWBO and move on.
