I would like to add that the company has no real assets and no income. NWBO owns a therapy that some may view as promising. The top line results have not been released. There are questions concerning the trial. FDA approval is probable but its difficult to get a time frame due to lack of management communication. All in all its not worth the lawyers time to get involved.
