i'll take low to no volume vs the illegal stock manipulation done by rote on OTC targets like PTOI

with a few trading days left this month .. November 2019 has now surpassed prior *record setting* month
on PTOI ~ April 2011

of course that set up range was 80c to 3.00

this round was 0351 to 11c ..

it is what it is ..

nice to see PTOI *volume* back to normal ..
may it last until an 8K with multiple material events is filed by P2O ..
