This ALPP SCAM needs to report any material event with an SEC 8K filing!!

Why do they not do that? Because ALPP is a SCAM needing to dump shares.

Phoenix, Ariz. – 11/06/2019: Alpine 4 Technologies (OTCQB:ALPP) continued its acquisition strategy today with the announcement that it has completed its purchase of Deluxe Sheet Metal, Inc. (DELUXE) of South Bend Indiana.

Just so everyone is clear, because apparently there is some confusion:
