Dilution is when company AS is sold into the OS,, or convertibles are converted into the OS---diluting the current share value
He is getting 45 million for his company and we are going to benefit from the value of his company he is bringing into this empty shell--increasing the share value---we just have to wait and see--

He is not going to sell his shares---not for a very, very long time---if ever...jmho
