Art - - why would a company ever do a R/M and not roll shares in for the private company they built? How would that make any sense. All old shareholders can hope for is no R/S and it’s a win for them.
You are right, technically it is dilution but that’s how every R/M works unless it’s a total scam and the CEO buys up all the shares puts fluff out and dumps without diluting and makes a fortune and moves on.
Everything here has been on the up and up. Not saying this will be a winner but none of us have any idea yet. Everything we have seen so far has been positive though.
