The share count has grown due to conversions the past year. It appears to have slowed down and Kent did state he expected it to be worked through by the end of the year. We now sit at 100MM shares. If we can stabilize share price between .25 - .50 I would welcome the company issuing 10MM shares. Bring in $2.5MM to $5.0MM of new capital which share price is elevated. It would be a 10% increase to outstanding shares which would be worth the dilution to be able to retire debt and have a buffer in cash if margin suppression continues for several quarters.
