We are at 95 million OS. AS is 100. Based on the face there is no vote on an increase in AS per the proxy the company doesn’t foresee the need to add any AS. Read between the lines on that one.

again, not true. share count is still 95mil and if they needed to raise the A/s from 100mil it would have been in the Proxy released in the 8k
