No they did not receive the money yet, I confirmed it with their IR many times although he said they are in a BETTER POSITION NOW, but no promise on date.
I asked about that but he said he wasn't the right guy to talk about that and told me he will have some one call me back with that information. I will post in the forum if I hear from the advisor guy. Looks like some hearing is going to be held in Jan 2007. It is not a done deal yet but will be huge when it happens. They are closer than before.
