Did you ask if cbay has collected on the west palm beach note and the judgment? The fact that there has been no news release or sec filing doesn't mean they haven't received the money. The buying of the mortgage or the entering into a mortgage is a material transaction, but the receipt of money under the terms of a contract is just performance of a transaction already reported and not reportable to the sec itself. Correct me if I am wrong.
