Penny stock companies like NGTF are like fisherman.

They have to adjust their bait to find out what the fish are biting on.

ie: Press Releases,etc. with ever changing story lines.

They look for inexperienced investors to take the bait.

As time goes by the buying pressure flattens out and the liquidity needed to sell those shares diminishes.

In most cases penny stocks slowly go down in value.

At some point the new investor realizes he or she has taken the bait and it's too late to recover their principle.
