Nightfood Holdings and Houdini Group..Announce Exclusive License Agreement..for Half-Baked Trademark
Sep. 21, 2023 10:15 AM ET Nightfood Holdings, Inc. (NGTF)
"TARRYTOWN, NY, Sept. 21, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire - MJ Munchies, Inc., a subsidiary of Nightfood Holdings, Inc. (NGTF), and Houdini Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Integrated Cannabis Solutions, Inc. (OTC: IGPK), today announced that they have entered into an exclusive license agreement for the Half-Baked™ trademark. Under the terms of the agreement, Houdini Group will be granted the exclusive right to manufacture and distribute marijuana and CBD-infused products under the Half-Baked™ brand.
Both companies believe that having the right brand name is essential for success in the rapidly growing and highly competitive marijuana market, where brands remain frustrated by restrictive advertising policies.
“We believe the Half-Baked™ name is appealing to consumers,” said IGPK CEO Gene Caiazzo. “Using this brand name is expected to give our products a valuable competitive advantage in the marketplace, significantly accelerating revenue growth in 2024 and for years to come. We are excited to work with MJ Munchies to build a leading brand on the national stage.”
“We’re looking forward to Houdini bringing the Half-Baked™ brand to life in major markets across the country,” added MJ Munchies CEO Sean Folkson. “Houdini is already delivering rapid growth in revenue and infrastructure. Profit opportunities can be significant when a vertically integrated manufacturer is able also to launch a powerful retail brand.”
The agreement calls for Houdini to launch a minimum of four new products under the Half-Baked™ brand in multiple states by September 30, 2024, with minimum gross sales targets upon which licensing fees would be paid of $2,000,000 in year one, $5,000,000 in year two, and $12,000,000 in year three. Houdini reported sales of $393,190 during the second quarter of 2023...."
WHAT Nightfood cookies with MJ!!!
The faithful bite anyway. It's like fishing for Crappies. A little bait goes a long way. lol
This is a highly questionable press release as the only source is from Nastyfood! I checked the BWH website and not a word mentioning this development. One can’t trust Sean and Nastyfood as an honest source!
“At BWH Hotels, our hoteliers are united by our deep commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding guest expectations with every stay,” remarked Priscilla Nesbitt, BWH Hotels’ North American purchasing director.
“We’re excited about the opportunity to support better nutrition and better sleep for our guests directly from the lobby marketplace with sleep-friendly Nightfood snacks.”

The suckers are buying NGTF shares at the ask. It's not even worth the bid.
OS sucks cause it's a typical penny stock.
A billion other companies don't matter...Nightfoods failures are the problem.
Analysis of 1.8 million trades by over 200,000 individual investors confirms that the typical OTC investment return is severely negative. Investor outcomes worsen for OTC stocks that experience a promotional campaign or have weaker disclosure-related eligibility requirements. Demographic analysis reveals that older, retired, low-income, and less educated investors experience significantly poorer outcomes in OTC stock markets. Given that retail investors are the predominant owners of OTC stocks, and the documented trend towards less transparent OTC companies, the results of this study have important implications for investor protection.
Without a doubt!
I checked the OS once or twice near the end of the day Friday and nothing had changed at that time. I've notice that an OS increase for NGTF comes out well after trading hours on Friday. I didn't remember to check it again until late into the weekend...and there it was, a sizeable increase in shares.
I think NGTF will likely go sub-penny between now and the end of the year...it's nothing more than a tax write-off now.
Sub Penny is inevitable! Wouldn’t you agree?
OS jumps up again...
Thanks for your efforts, and detailed Nightfood "Prime Time" CC cookie review, MB...greatly appreciated!! 👍️
Guys I wanted to put out something about my cookie taste test and comparison, sorry it took so much time.
I compared the Nightfood Sleep Friendly Prime Time Chocolate Chip, with the Famous Amos Belgian Chocolate Chip cookies -
I got a box of 6 2.12 oz. 2-serving bags (6 cookies per serving) of the Nightfood, and a box of 10 1 oz. 1-serving bags (4 cookies per serving) of the Famous Amos.
The Prime Time cookies are soft and slightly chewy, and generally do not crumble, and truly bite-size, and are uniform in size while the Famous Amos are generally the buttery-crunchy-crumbly shortbread variety and large for a bite size but vary in size somewhat (remember you get 6 Prime Time per 1.06 oz serving vs.4 of the Famous Amos per 1 oz. serving).
The Prime Time has a distinct chocolate flavor, without overpowering sweetness. It probably has a high Cacao content, with a high number of small dark chocolate chips. Famous Amos has a fewer number of larger chocolate chips, and a few of the chips come loose and found in the bottom of the bag (make sure you get those). The Prime Time hold together well and nothing left in the bag after you take them out.
Nutritionally, the cookies are roughly similar, with the exception of Vitamin B6 (30% of daily requirement per serving) in the Prime Time. Vitamin B6 is directly involved in Melatonin production, which aids sleep - keep in mind that it takes several hours for the B6 to metabolize.
So that is a brief comparison - and really the Prime Time and the Famous Amos are both excellent but too different to really fairly compare the two. If you like a chocolate taste approaching vivid, the Prime Time does have something to offer. The sleep factor, with the Vitamin B6, is something I would have to explore further. I should try some B6 before bed for a few days to see if it makes a difference. To me the boost one would get from the carbs would at least partially negate the effect of the B6 if you wanted to sleep. Your Mileage May Vary.
Prime Time is a good product, and could stand on its own even not considering the sleep factor. If the price was comparable, I would go for them as a change of pace. It would be hard to overdose on Vitamin B6, since it is water soluble.
Hope this helps, if you have any questions or comments please post. I am not a professional critic of any type.
"Knocking on the sub-penny door!"
Wasn't that a rock song from the past? "Knock Knock Knockin' on Sub-Penny's Door".
"Mama take this badge off of me...Cause I can't use it anymore".
"It's gettin' dark, too dark to see...Feel like I'm knocking on Heaven's door".

Knocking on the sub-penny door! Won’t be long now!
$118.00 to prop up NGTF at .018...sub-penny on the way.
OK...so Nightfood was kicked out of the subsidiaries and Walmart. It's all over but the crying.
Nothing has ever panned out for Nightfood.
People are bailing out. Sub-penny could be here very soon.
Get your facts straight, and stop spewing crap....
Nightfood was never in...even one Krogers, or one Albertsons....subsidiaries of both, but not the parent company.
Open your eyes, and you could easily find the list of retailers we used to sell to.
Another day, another Nastyfood dump fest !! Sub-penny is right around the corner! Some are still trying to mislead! Sad and pathetic!!
Nastyfood has already failed in Kroger and Albertsons!! Big time! Walmart kicked them to the curb as well!!
if they generate enough traction in the Hiltons and Marriotts to make the leap to the Krogers and the Albertsons, this tiny snack company could shift to warp-speed growth overnight.
