This is a culmination of many years of hard work, with the assistance of many organizations and government entities. So this isn't something that happened overnight. This has been in the works for several years. All of this is "finally" coming to fruition, as they are going public.

Most here would've never heard/found this opportunity, had it not been for TNO and Chen following Dr. Lee's vision all these years. Reading every single one of their posts/DD should answer your questions, while obviating your concerns. And if one is still uncomfortable, then consider selling shares to someone that is comfortable. I sense the cheap shares disappeared last week.

IDK, perhaps it would be in TESLA's, or another company's best interest to "buy out" SAEAN. Their TECHNOLOGY is valuable - right sector, right time, with an all-star team spearheading this endeavor.

Time will tell. Enjoy your Sunday.

Perhaps you may want to look into what Solid Hydrogen Storage and Solid Materials actually are....https://str.llnl.gov/2018-01/wood

It's a new innovative energy source that can be used to produce electricity to power the car and any machinery.

Most current hydrogen charging stations are using high-pressure hydrogen (compressed gas) charging technology, which is costly, imposes explosion risks, and emits carbon dioxide in the production of hydrogen.

Solid hydrogen storage can store hydrogen at room temperature and ambient pressure, address complaints caused by explosion risks, drastically reduce construction costs, and dramatically reduce station size.

Today they can easily and quickly convert a pay phone box into a charging station using Solid hydrogen storage technology. And it's cheap to do.

A lithium battery with 277kg gives you a driving distance of approximately 149km, whereas the solid hydrogen storage unit of 277kg gives you approximately 400 km. The size of the solid hydrogen storage unit is 50% smaller than the lithium battery unit and is 20% lighter.

FCEV is the new trend and will be the future as it's a much cleaner energy than lithium and can go much greater range. Hyunda and Toyota are all making fuel cell vehicles.
