This is a culmination of many years of hard work, with the assistance of many organizations and government entities. So this isn't something that happened overnight. This has been in the works for several years. All of this is "finally" coming to fruition, as they are going public.

Reading every single one of their posts/DD should answer your questions, while obviating your concerns. And if one is still uncomfortable, then consider selling shares to someone that is comfortable. I sense the cheap shares disappeared last week.
IDK, perhaps it would be in TESLA's, or another company's best interest to "buy out" SAEAN. Their TECHNOLOGY is valuable - right sector, right time, with an all-star team spearheading this endeavor.
