#5941 RE: Bountiful_Harvest #5940

As far as "I" am concerned, this is an incredible opportunity for "me" to be a part of.

As I have indicated on previous posts, I have been invested in Dr. Lee's vision for a good number of years; to FINALLY see this process through is more than words can say and NO MATTER what the naysayers may offer, in terms of their negative and baseless opinions are concerned, THIS IS MY once in a lifetime investment, GROUND-FLOOR, of what I expect to be the most fruitful that I have ever been a part of.

I have heard the "stories" from those "Google" and "Microsoft" investors who let-go of their positions earlier than they should have. "If only I had held," they lamented about the positions they once had, in those companies... They SOLD because they only focused on the Share Price AND FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THE TECHNOLOGY and where that technology was going.

As for me, I've held, am holding, continue to HOLD, and am continuing to accumulate, as resources permit, because I UNDERSTAND... I HAVE NOT SOLD ONE SHARE.

I hope that helps with your decision making and I wish you the very best of PRUDENT RATIONALIZATION, based on DUE DILIGENCE, as it applies to you and your needs.

I wish you, and ALL, the VERY BEST...

Let's not get crazy. I have never Saean a company do a forward split for additional capital. Dilute many. Back in the nineties companies did forward splits to keep a low share price. The thinking was more middle class investors would buy shares at $5 than $200. Nowadays many companies just trade fewer shares at higher dollar values without forward splits. I think there is enough liquidity with the unrestricted 60m shares and after 6 months the Korean swapped shares will also be unrestricted. I wouldn't be surprised to see private placements filled with new restricted shares added to the outstanding shares. They already did a forward split for the Korean share swap. If saean is debt free and profitable they can reinvent in the company. If the need capital to grow. They have to borrow or dilute. Giving us additional 2 shares for every 1 share we own does nothing for Saean except lower the value of each share. I'm all about Saean but I see no possible reason for a 2 to 1 forward split anytime soon. This would need to be trading north of $50 and no one selling any shares and very high demand for shares before we see a 2 for 1 split imo.
