That tells me a RS is not even possible, making this trade that much more extraordinary on the OTC.

Unless I'm missing something, it appears this will be trading around $5 to $8 mid term, and possibly over $30 long term ( 1 years time). These projected figures are not conjecture, but based on the DD.

Now, getting back to the shares... If SAEAN will be needing additional Capital for Joint Ventures, I see, at the very least, a 2 for 1 forward share split to be able to meet any Joint Venture challenge, whilst not coming near losing MAJORITY CONTROL

Now a forward split would be like icing on cake

Name/symbol change should be the catalyst to ignite this.
